Principle Legal Services LLP was founded by Michelle Mont and Daria Berezowska, licensed paralegals. They are regulated by the Law Society of Ontario and must follow a strict code of conduct, much like lawyers. Michelle and Daria graduated with honors from the Paralegal program at Sheridan College.

Michelle brings seven years experience in Real Estate and Mortgages as well as an extensive history in marketing sales. She applies her understanding of contracts and strong advocating skills to her Paralegal career. Her passion for law began when she self-represented her own divorce. It was during that time that she realized the need for affordable legal representation and decided to become a Paralegal.

Daria has over 13 years of experience as a Property Administrator and understands all aspects of the landlord and tenant relationship. Her strong grasp of the Residential Tenancies Act, combined with her compassion for those on both sides, has resulted in her strength in landlord and tenant matters.

Michelle and Daria collaborate to form a dynamic team. They work together to analyze your legal situation, dissect the issues and research case law to put together the strongest possible defence. 

Michelle and Daria are fully licensed and insured to offer services in many areas of law, including Provincial Offences & Traffic court, Tribunal hearings, Small Claims, and minor criminal charges. They have also been appointed as Notary Public and Commissioners.
